We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and clinically capable Band 5 trained nurse to join our nursing team for our 22‑bed ward on Harold White at St Austell Community Hospital. The role requires the post holder to be committed to the ongoing development of the ward and to multi‑disciplinary team working. We aim to deliver the highest standard of patient and rehabilitative care to our predominantly elderly patients.
The ideal applicant will possess a good level of organisational, communication and clinical skills relevant to the post and be able to act as a positive role model.
Work will involve a range of early, late and night duties on a rotational basis to support 24‑hour nursing care, seven days per week. Although based at St Austell Community Hospital, a flexible working approach is required to support other local hospitals as service needs arise.
