As a Staff Engineer in Packaging Automation, you will lead projects that integrate new manufacturing technologies and automation into packaging processes. You will develop and implement automation concepts, specify equipment, source suppliers, supervise construction, and ensure seamless integration with production and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Determine core aspects and success criteria for automation solutions in packaging.


• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
