Senior Engineer, GQ ops- Industrial Engineering and System

Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation for GQ Ops central planning and operation systems
• Analyze current and future processes and systems that are instrumental to provide insights on resources requirement and translate improvements that support business needs
• Initiate collaboration to scope out system requirements
• Collaborate with main partners to plan for digitalizing systems
• Communicate status of projects
• Report issues, risks, changes and drive initiatives for recovery, mitigation and preventive measures
• Assist with documentation and training needs for new processes
• Manage projects to ensure desired results are completed within the required timeframe
