This role sits within a structured R&D organization & the team collaborates closely with cross-functional engineering, materials science, and product development groups. About the role - you will:
Carry out the synthesis of lubricant, including reaction condition optimization, and purification and characterization of end-products.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate findings and progress.
