Responsibilities
Redesign the mobile web app by working with customers, wireframing flows, implementing the design system, and turning wireframes into a polished UI.
Build a set of flexible, composable components in the design system that enable other engineers to create consistent setup wizards across the product.
Help product engineers improve information hierarchy and scannability to assist recruiters parsing candidate assessments.
Expand and enhance our in‑house design system for the benefit of the engineering and product teams.
Consult on bespoke design work needed by product engineers.
