Job Description
Identify alternative and dual-source part solutions for at-risk components or constrained supply.
Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost structures to recommend competitive alternates.
Ensure alternate proposals meet internal standards, external regulatory compliance and aligned with Procurement strategy
Support the development and execution of contingency and mitigation plans to manage supply risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on proposals and execution timelines..
Conduct competitive benchmarking to provide insights that support cost and design improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain and track mitigation activities in Funnel database and provide updates to stakeholders

Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
