We are building a very flat engineering organization - we'd like the leaders who set the technical direction of the company to be writing code.
To do this, we must hire well-rounded, experienced engineers who have succeeded within other similar organizations.
While our team may grow over time, we'd like to hire folks who make problems simpler and pull others with them.
We're looking to make sure the scope of the problem space affords every individual ownership over a whole problem or strategy - we will only hire as the problem merits more owners.
Office policy: Hybrid (a couple days per week) in our Brooklyn office. Full-time remote is not an option.
