Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger

+ Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

+ Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

+ Prepare financial reports and variance analyses

+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed

+ Assist with audits by preparing schedules and documentation

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP)

+ Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
