**Staff Accountant – General Accounting**

**Reports to:** Supervisor – General Accounting

**Contributes to:**

General Accounting team

**Responsibilities:**

+ Execute the more complex General Accounting activities within the financial month-end close cycle on time and at a high-level of quality and accuracy.This General Accounting team is the primary group responsible for the month-end financial close process, including recording the majority of journal entries, accruals/estimates and performing account reconciliations.
+ Prepare journal entries for review by the General Accounting Supervisor and/or Manager, including equity method investments, royalty calculations, and various accruals.
+ Prepare required account reconciliations timely and accurately, for review by the General Accounting Supervisor and/or Manager.
