Job Summary:

We are seeking a Contract Staff Accountant to provide leave of absence coverage and support key accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger experience, account reconciliation skills, and exposure to both AP and AR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and post journal entries

+ Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

+ Perform bank and account reconciliations

+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed

+ Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

+ Analyze account activity and resolve discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

+ Assist with audit support and special projects
