Provides expertise and support for the development, maintaining and implementation of Quality Management requirements on Project Technical Support (PTS) day to day activities and all the projects under PTS. Ensures that the PTS and its Projects’ quality systems meet the requirements of ISO 9000 series while ensuring the compliance to company policies, PTS Quality Manual and Project specific Quality expectations – by adequately reflecting the same in corresponding Agreement(s) as quality requirements (quality objectives & KPIs) as applicable for the specific phase of the Project including up to close‑out and handover to end‑users.
