Key Responsibilities
Supervise site activities related to wet utilities installation, including water, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater systems.
Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved IFC drawings.
Coordinate with the contractor, client representatives, and authorities to resolve technical and construction‑related issues.
Ensure all wet services works comply with local authority standards and approvals (e.g., ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, DPM).
Assist in testing and commissioning of wet utilities and prepare snag lists and handover documentation.
Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback on quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and daily progress logs.
