The Thermal Engineer supports new product development and acts as a technical resource between internal groups such as marketing, product management, application engineering, customer technical support, and manufacturing. The Engineer provides daily support to NPDI projects by coordinating engineering deliverables and creating detailed documentation that supports part selection and design intent. Follow‑up, escalation, and problem resolution are part of daily activities, maintaining alignment with broader areas. The role leads technical development, understands products, suggests improvements, and assists with the creation, review, and systems‑entry of new product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, user manuals, submittal drawings, and sales literature.
