We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to support enterprise-level HR transformation initiatives across Core HR and enterprise workforce systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Oracle HCM configuration, technical extensions, integrations, and AI-driven HR solutions, including Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Redwood UX modernization.

This role requires a strong blend of functional HR domain expertise and technical Oracle Fusion capabilities, with the ability to design, configure, extend, and deliver scalable HCM solutions in complex enterprise environments.

AI & Agentic Studio (Primary Focus)

• Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio (autonomous agents for recruitment screening, onboarding orchestration, and talent advisory).
