Business Analyst Responsibilities
Collaborate with Digital Product Owner and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for customer-facing web initiatives.Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer experience objectives.Lead business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution oversight, defect tracking, and stakeholder signoff.Prepare milestone updates and sprint summaries for business and technical stakeholders.Coordinate with business users for testing, feedback loops, and change management to ensure smooth rollout of features.Scrum Master Responsibilities
