Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for IT systems, applications, and end-user environments.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and system issues to ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT services.
- Mentor junior support staff and coordinate incident resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT support aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local IT support
- Average to good communications skills
