RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy — On-site position in Taguig. 3-5 years of experience required. Bachelor’s degree and full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounting process including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of balance sheets and sub-ledgers.
• Utilize ERP systems to optimize accounting processes and efficiency.
• End-to-end accounting activities include ERP systems, manual accounting, bank reconciliation, general ledger, sub-ledger, balance sheet preparation, MS Excel, and large journal entries.
