As a **Sr** **Specialist, Health and Safety Projects** , you will provide health and safety support for Phillips 66 Midstream Growth projects, helping ensure work is executed in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and site-specific procedures.

In this role, you will support Midstream capital growth objectives by managing health and safety expectations across designated projects, strengthening contractor and employee engagement, and driving consistent execution of site safety plans, incident management, training, auditing, and continuous improvement efforts.
