About the Role

Implement deal underwriting to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct market research on debt product issuance and investor need and feed back to sourcing underwriting staffs.

Assist in due diligence & feasibility studies and support drafting relevant reports.

Establish and maintain close relationships with investors such as insurance companies, IAMCs, banks and pension funds to promote fundraising and facilitate product initiation.

Monitor market evolution and regulatory requirement updates to assist in formulating issuance strategies.

Liaise with investors during full life-cycle of product to coordinate post-investment events.
