Salesforce Development & Configuration
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Service Cloud capabilities. Build high-quality custom functionality using Apex (classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows, following platform best practices and coding standards. Configure and customize Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to support complex service processes. Develop automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and Apex to streamline service workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy. Ensure all configurations and customizations adhere to Salesforce security and compliance standards, including field-level security, object-level access, and data visibility rules.
