Responsibilities


+ Collaborate across functions to develop technical solutions supporting release (on-market) products and assist R&D in new product development, focusing on manufacturability and transfer into manufacturing.

+ Maintain accurate, precise, and legible lab notebooks documenting experiments and procedures.

+ Write detailed reports and technical summaries summarizing findings and progress.

+ Apply scientific method and experimental design principles to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

+ Utilize scientific expertise to provide solutions to a broad range of technical challenges.

+ Define short and mid-term objectives and develop plans to achieve these goals.
