The purpose of this position is to manage and grow sales within assigned accounts and territories by executing company sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is responsible for disciplined opportunity management in Salesforce, including documenting sales activities, creating, and maintaining an accurate pipeline, and providing timely updates that support forecasting. The Sales Manager is expected to consistently generate leads, pursue qualified prospects, and provide ongoing training and coaching related to lead generation and sales effectiveness.
