In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our direct sales teams providing technical and functional expertise for our suite of hosted and software‑based payment and risk management solutions. You will interact directly with new and existing customers in a pre‑sales role, demonstrating how our solutions can be integrated into their existing infrastructure while addressing any technical questions or concerns customers might have. Additionally, you will include client delivery management by defining the solution and coordinating resources that implement the solution with the client. This is a hybrid position.
Work EnvironmentHybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2‑3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
