Job Description

Responsibility

  • Perform reliability test of optical modules and devices.
  • Review test data, interpret result and write up a presentable report.
  • Operate test instruments such as DCA, aging furnace etc.
  • Design experiment plan for reliability improvement or evaluation.

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in science/Electronic engineering/optical communication/physics/Electronic engineering is preferred
  • At least 5 years reliability related experience. Familiar with optical product reliability standard, such as Telcordia, IEC, MIL STD 883.
  • Strong knowledge on analysis software such as: JMP, MiniTab, Matlab, Reliasoft, Excel or other software,
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, distribution modeling, life modeling etc.
  • Knowledge of Python and Excel VBA programming is a plus.
  • Patience, confident, and able to work under high pressure.
