Key Responsibilities May Include:
Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met.
Collaborate with Program/portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives.
Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups.
Oversee the execution of change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans.
Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions.
Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.
Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
