Job Description The Operations Sr Project Leader is responsible for leading local strategic operations projects and its implementation. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven “big picture” strategic, problem solving and change management experience.
Main Responsibilities - Set Mexico local operations strategies to support the global growth of the business.
- Determine optimal manufacturing footprint and capability in MEX to support long-term category growth.
- Perform financial analysis on assigned project to assess and validate the financial impact (ROI, Tariff, etc.).
- Consistently visualize the entire scope of a project with very little guidance.
- Communicate, both verbally / written, to ensure all groups are working toward the goal of timely project completion. Make presentations of project status for various levels of the organization.
