Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Lead and Drive development of project control plan, WBS, cost budget and schedule baselines to measure project performance/success through KPI's on the largest, most complex, multi-site projects
+ Analyze project performance through cost and schedule integration. Analyze the unbilled, receivable, and payable balances on assigned projects.
+ Analyze cost and schedule variance versus baseline. Identify root cause and recommend corrective actions
+ Prepare and publish metrics and financial reports
+ Support/Drive Project Forecasting, Project Reviews, Monthly Progress Reporting to Internal/External Customers
+ Apply EVM (Earned Value Management) techniques to Project/Program, S Curves
+ Assist with Change, Risk and Lead EAC Management on assigned projects/programs
+ Ensure effective communication and partner with the Project Team (internal/external) to build relationships
