The Sr Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional/global category strategies, manage end-to-end procurement processes including business request analysis, negotiation of pricing/terms, supplier selection, order processing, contracting, and supplier relationship management. Lead commercial interactions with high-spending, high-risk, or critical suppliers, ensuring compliance with Global Procurement Policies and Processes to deliver value within the global category plan. Negotiates contracts within designated categories, aligning with the LEGO Group policies to mitigate risks and generate benefits for the company.
