**【Role Overview】**

The Chief of Staff is a senior leadership partner focused on improving organizational effectiveness, transparency, information flow, execution discipline, and decision readiness across HMDD.

Transparency is a foundational principle of HMDD.

The role serves as a bridge between HMDD, HSDD, HCDD and HWEN global engineering sites, and other Japan-based partner organizations.

This is not an Executive Assistant role. Dedicated administrative support exists for scheduling and calendar management.

This role achieves results through influence, collaboration, transparency, alignment, and operating mechanisms rather than through formal authority.
