Responsible for Production Control supporting Supply Chain from production to order fulfillment, while working On-Site in our Philippine office.

Responsibilities:

• Provides analysis of Wafer Fab requirements based on forecast and established Backlogs and WIP/Finish Goods
• Analyse Outsourced Assembly & Test (OSAT) Capacity requirements to support Forecast
• Monitor, review and recommend improvement on OSAT Metrics (cycle time, on time delivery..etc)
• Conduct Inventory Audit at OSAT and Distribution Centers (Cycle Count)
• Coordinate material availability with Materials Controller (OSAT) Ensuring OSAT invoices are compliant to approved pricing Quotes
• Work with cross-functional teams to complete task
• Develop process flows, specs and programs in simplifying process
• Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.
