·Preparation of NPI Documents.

·Key goals to achieve:

·PASS Qualification first Time

·100% on Time Delivery

·Zero Customer Escalation

·Minimize the Rework & Debug boards.

·Ability to Ramp in 4 weeks 20% better than
Quote.

·Reduce NPI cost and PCBA scrap.

·6 Years to 9 years of experience in DFM/ DFA will be
add on advantage.

·Experience in
Packaging and tooling design.
