Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, Latin America to join our HR leadership team in Monterrey.
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, Americas COE, this role is responsible for developing and executing the long-term total rewards strategy across Latin America β including Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.
**What You Will Own**:
- Develop and execute the regional total rewards strategy to position Carrier as an employer of choice across Latin America
- Design and continuously monitor market-competitive benefits offerings by country, partnering with vendors, brokers, and market intelligence teams
- Lead annual compensation programs including merit cycles and global incentive compensation processes
