Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Project Safety
Reports to VP – India HSE
Location: Lote & Ambernath

Objective:

To ensure safety is embedded in all capital projects from concept to commissioning by integrating process safety, construction safety, and risk management into project design and execution. The role will partner with engineering, projects, contractors, and plant teams to prevent incidents and ensure safe project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety in Project Design & Engineering

• Integrate safety requirements from project conceptual stage through detailed engineering
• Review plant layouts, equipment design, and process schemes for inherent safety
• Participate in design reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, and risk assessments for new projects
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and statutory safety requirements.
