Responsibilities
Design seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home productsCreate CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorwaysDevelop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction detailsPrepare factory-ready artwork and tech packsReview and approve samples, strike-offs, and lab dipsCollaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teamsManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Qualifications
