Building, maintaining & optimizing MW transmission network. Frequency planning, capacity dimensioning as per RAN project requirements. Preparation of design documents, BoQ and secure budget allocation accordingly. Initiation of PR/PO and follow up with vendor for equipment delivery, installation and ensure capitalization.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver Nominal MW Transmission network design for Rollout, swap and upgrade projects.
MW frequency planning and capacity planning for the Access network (2G, 3G, 4G) ensuring no interference among the MW routes in accordance with the formulated.
Interact with RAN Projects as well as BSS Civil Projects to give them Access Network related requirements in terms of network topologies (hub/chain/leaf), tower loading, TXN repeaters and costing that would need to be met or made available in accordance with the rollout priorities/timelines.
