            Responsibilities  Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce design and performance teams to deliver campaign‑led content that drives traffic and sales. 
Use performance insights (SEO, CTRs, engagement, conversions) to refine and improve content output. 
Write, edit and publish high‑quality content across platforms—including website, app, blogs, product pages, CRM (email/SMS), social media, paid campaigns, copy and in‑store communication. 
Develop clear, engaging and conversion‑focused product descriptions and category content for electronics, appliances and lifestyle products. 
Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaign launches and seasonal moments. 
Maintain and evolve Sharaf DG’s tone of voice across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, accuracy and clarity. 
Write campaign narratives, headlines, CTAs and promotional messaging for major sales events (e.g., White Friday, DSF, ...
