About the role

As an Electrical Field Service Specialist, you will provide hands‑on technical support for power systems across Canada. This includes field testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with industry standards. This is a hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB. You will regularly travel to customer sites across the country — from urban substations to remote industrial facilities — and perform both site work and remote documentation as required.

what you'll do

• Conduct on‑site testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical power systems (low, medium, and high voltage)
• Identify and resolve issues with distribution and transmission equipment
• Document field findings, test results, and compliance reports
