Description

General Summary: The Senior Director, Pediatrics Operations serves as key leader and advisor as part of the Department Leadership Team, supports and manages Division Administrator team members, and serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational management impacting the divisional processes. The Senior Director, Pediatrics Operations will advise the Executive Director in setting strategic priorities as they relate to operations, will partner on development and implementation of initiatives to improve operations and will partner in the oversight of the budget and financial analytics of the Department. The Senior Director is responsible for development and oversight of the department’s budget, business operations and analytics, and plays a critical role in driving strategic, operational, and financial improvement throughout the department.
