Project Massing
Understand the project's feasibility regarding FSI area, construction area, and RERA area during the BD stage.
Prepare a rough estimate for the project, including FSI, number of towers, height, and other specifications, to provide input for Costing & Budgeting estimation. Consultant Recommendations and co-ordination
Coordinate with consultants to address various queries and translate design philosophy into project briefs.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.

Project Designing
Collaborate with liaisoning team to understand the project from approvable point of view.
Extensively coordinate with appointed architects throughout the project's stages (concept, schematic, GFA, and GFCs) to ensure timely design briefs within established milestones.
