Perform vulnerability management, remediation, and patching activities Manage and monitor endpoint security tools, including CrowdStrike EDR Conduct malware screening for sensitive files, including government-related drawings and contracts Help improve IT service delivery, reduce ticket backlog, and enhance overall support processes Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and security enhancementsQualifications
