Position Summary
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for order management until fulfillment and responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face in a swift manner. They will serve as the contact point for internal and external customers, coordinate and collaborate on all customer orders promptly and efficiently. Ensure all deliveries are properly communicated to all parties, coordinate with Logistics/3rd parties for seamless deliveries, and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
