Black & Grey HR is looking for a Sr. Cost Control Engineer for an engineering contracting company in Dubai to lead and strengthen project cost management across steel aluminum and façade works. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing robust cost control systems, preparing detailed project budgets and cash flow forecasts, tracking expenditures against approved budgets, reviewing subcontractor and supplier claims, monitoring procurement and labor productivity, conducting cost analysis and value engineering, supporting tendering teams with accurate cost data, and delivering comprehensive monthly cost reports and variance analysis to senior management while ensuring full compliance with financial policies and contract requirements.
