Descripción del puesto Responsible for implementing and ensuring the deployment of the TEOA (Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage) business system within the assigned business unit. This role promotes a Lean culture and continuous improvement to achieve Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost objectives through waste elimination.
Key Responsibilities - Implement and sustain the TEOA system through the annual deployment plan.
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and Lean transformation projects.
- Develop Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive efficiency and productivity projects impacting cost (TEBIT).
- Establish continuous flow processes and reduce waste.
- Manage Lean programs such as 5S, LPA, Kaizen Idea Program, and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure the effective use of visual management tools (Andon, Kanban, Tier boards, Kamishibai, Kaizen wall).
