Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biopharmaceutical Engineering, or closely related field
Working experience of MS Projects
Minimum of 2 years experience managing construction of a high tech facilities in semicon, health, data center, or solar.
Minimum of 4 years project and/or people management including setting schedules, providing feedback, and coaching and adherence to budgets and timelines
Must possess a solid understanding of construction design, technical equipment, and quality systems
Solid understanding of facility technology such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and security
Demonstrated experience leading small teams or projects required
