As a Sales Compensation Manager, you are a significantly experienced professional responsible for the advanced execution of the sales compensation process and regional commissions accounting. You serve as a subject-matter expert for your assigned region, ensuring the accuracy of crediting and payout calculations through rigorous audit protocols and AI-powered analytics. You independently manage complex inquiries from sales leadership and drive improvements to the end-to-end commissions workflow to ensure scalability and SOX compliance.
