Job Responsibilities

• Support administration of the Veeva Clinical system and related tools used by Development Operations.
• Ensure standardization in the collection of metrics and data and provide information to the business to enable decision making.
• Technically oversee all clinical systems, setting up and monitoring interfaces with external vendor systems, and working with IT for user enhancements and updates.
• Support administration of reporting systems and prepare metric reports.
• Work with clinical study teams to ensure accuracy of data in clinical systems.
