This will a key position as leader of leaders, engaging with Ops team to create commercial strategies and achieve exceptional growth.

Role Responsibilities

Lead a successful Business Development Managers team to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations. Enable operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution. Develop/Maintain great business relationships with our top customers. Co-develop commercial propositions for the different types of customers, based on deep business knowledge. Understand the consumers to get insights and transform them into actionable plans. Ensure the execution of the commercial plans.
