Senior Business Systems Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions within an Agile environment. This role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements, maintaining end-to-end traceability, supporting quality assurance and user acceptance testing (QA/UAT), and partnering with Agile teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs

.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and systems thinking with Agile delivery expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications
