The Senior Business Process Specialist - Ramp Up New Advisor Experience serves as a highly experienced subject matter expert of end-to-end business process with consultative responsibilities. This role is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the onboarding and ramp-up experience for new financial advisors. The individual owns the end-to-end administrative and launch support process, ensuring new advisors have a seamless and structured start to their careers.
