The Customer Service Sr.
Analyst is the principal customer contact for all customer sales orders and their administration from contract award through closeout and archive.
The role manages sales order entry, order administration, inventory alignment, shipping, invoicing and export compliance.
The analyst collaborates with Finance, Inventory Planning, Shipping, and other global teams to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Maintain customer contact, including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes and billing/receivables questions.
Create and edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP; send order acknowledgements to customers as required.
Generate and distribute contract summaries when required.
